Refund Policy

At Oplor, we strive to deliver high-quality website design services tailored to your needs. We understand plans can change, so we’ve outlined our refund and cancellation policy below.

1. Deposits

  • A non-refundable deposit (typically 30–50%) is required to begin work.

  • This deposit secures your project slot and compensates for initial time and planning.

2. Cancellation Before Work Begins

  • If you cancel the project before any work has begun, we will refund any amount paid beyond the non-refundable deposit.

3. Cancellation After Work Has Begun

  • If you cancel after work has started, a partial refund may be issued based on the amount of work completed.

  • You will be billed for any labor, design, or consultation already performed.

4. Completed Projects

  • No refunds are issued once the project is completed and delivered.

5. Client Delays

  • If we are unable to proceed due to a lack of communication or delay from the client for more than 10 days, the project may be placed on hold or cancelled. The deposit will not be refunded.

6. Revisions and Edits

  • Revisions are included as per the original agreement. Additional edits outside the scope may be billed separately and are not refundable.
